bad coffee, once decaffeinated, remains bad while a good coffee, even after this process, remains good. This mixture does not

contain chemical residues due to the decaffeination process which allows us to have a lighter coffee, 97% caffeine free. Careful and scrupulous processing for this medium-bodied mixture with light yet velvety acidity, clean and with a well-balanced aftertaste.
