Inspired by the Sicilian coffee granita, it is a drink to mediate on and a perfect accompaniment to a summer evening with friends. PROFUMO DI FIORI INGREDIENTS: • 4,5 cl MIKAH coffee • 2 cl flower and lemon syrup • 2 cl Fresh yellow grapefruit juice • Garnish: Edible flowers DIRECTIONS: Shake all of the ingredients together and then pour into glasses, decorating with an edible flower.

COFFÈ MULE INGREDIENTS: • 4,5 cl MIKAH coffee • 1 cl Horchata syrup • 7 cl ginger beer ( non-alcoholic ) • Garnish: Slice of Lime DIRECTIONS: Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and mix well.
